Governing Law:

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be governed under the law of Jurisdiction at the Court of Arbitration of Andhra Pradesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact our customer service team to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Jurisdiction of Andhra Pradesh. The arbitration shall take place at Andhra Pradesh according to the rules and proceedings of the "Court of Arbitration" of Andhra Pradesh.
